Brown Photographic Self Portrait Contest Rules
1. The prizes are only available to participants that are holding or have held their wedding or engagement session within the states of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Maine or Connecticut and a maximum distance of 150 miles from Boston, MA.
2. For the First Prize, the wedding must take place between May 1 2010 and October 31 2011. If you win the First Prize, Brown Photographic will be the sole official wedding photographer at your wedding. If you already have your wedding booked with Brown Photographic between May 1 2010 and October 31 2011 and you win the First Prize, then you can elect to upgrade your package to the package on offer for no extra fees (your package balance as contracted is still due).
3. For the second prize, the engagement session must take place within May 1 2010 and May 2011 inclusive and is open to any eligible couple: either past client, currently booked client, or future client of Brown Photographic.
4. For the third prize, the product credit will be given to the winner in the form of an online coupon to spend on products available in the online store within one year of receiving the coupon. This prize is open to any eligible contestant.
5. Only one prize per couple.
6. All comments made by voters in the competition must be kept clean and in good taste; if they violate this rule they will be promptly removed and/or members blocked.
7. Robert Brown / Brown Photographic reserves the right to not contract his services with any contestant for reasons of safety, good taste or falsified information and if he does not contract with the winner of the prize he can offer the prize to the next eligible contestant.
8. The contestants with the most votes wins the First Prize, the second most votes wins the Second Prize and the third most votes wins the Third Prize. If a winner of a prize is deemed ineligible for any reason, the prize will be offered to the next contestant with the most votes.
9. One photo of yourselves must be provided. The photo must be taken by you and you therefore have the legal right to upload the photo to this competition. Any photo obviously taken by someone else will result in barring from the competition.
10. If you win any prize, the person who referred you via Facebook will win $300 print credit themselves. This 'referral' win is only given once per prize. So, even if you don't win a prize, if you refer a friend and they do win a prize you will automatically receive $300 of print credit for yourselves!
