PREPARATIONS - where are you (include address) getting ready?

PREPARATIONS - If you are seeing each other before the ceremony, do you want to do all the formal group pictures beforehand as well?

CEREMONY - Things may have changed since we last spoke... what time are you scheduled to start and finish?

CEREMONY - Tell me about any restrictions or guidelines for photography at your ceremony location that we should know about.

CEREMONY - If you are having a receiving line, where will that be? Receiving lines can take a lot of time, so please allow at least 30-45 minutes in your timing depending upon the number of guests

GROUP PHOTOS - Which formal group photos would like me to make? For example: Bride w/ Bridesmaids , Groom w/ Groomsmen , Bride & Groom w/ Bride's Parents , Bride & Groom w/ Bride's Immediate Family , Bride & Groom w/ Groom's Parents , Bride & Groom w/ Groom's Immediate Family , Bride & Groom w/ Entire Wedding Party , Bride & Groom Alone *

GROUP PHOTOS - If there are additional formal group photos that you would like, please list them here. Please allow for 45 minutes for every 10 sets of group photos.

GROUP PHOTOS - Names and Relationships of Bride's immediate family (parents, siblings, grandparents)

GROUP PHOTOS - Are there any divorces, deaths, etc., which I should know about so as not to embarrass anyone?

COUPLE PHOTOS - Usually this is done around the grounds or immediate area from the reception. If there's a specific place you had in mind let me know about it. It is great to have 30 minutes for this session, but it is very much dependent upon the group photos being completed.

RECEPTION - What time is this scheduled to start and end? If there is a specific room, please let me know about that.

RECEPTION - Just a reminder about vendor meals. It is a long day for us, so a hearty meal is much appreciated so that we can finish the last few hours in style :) And if you can get them to serve us at the same time you are served you get extra brownie points because we won't be eating while you are partying! Oh, and I'm allergic to seafood!

If you are having a makeup session, who is doing that for you?

I would like to arrange a time to go through your plans and discuss timings in more detail with you. When would a convenient time be for you? I like to do this between 4-1 weeks before the wedding. Are you comfortable doing this over the phone? If you have purchased a location and planning session as part of your package, I'll visit the location with you, so please arrange a convenient time with the reception venue and/or ceremony site. *
